ConnectaTel provides a standard 14-day return period where applicable. Devices must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once ConnectaTel confirms receipt of the returned device. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Used SIM cards and accessories may not be eligible for return.
